Villages on MacArthur

Please don’t trust these people to take care of your loved one. My Mom could have lost her life, if we had not come in and noticed she was not fine. The nurse told me she was dehydrated and would be fine. I was nervous about the news and ask several times if she needed to be at a hospital. We had to get my mom immediate Medical help and it was a life threatening situation. We had been complaining that CNA’s sit around on their phones. Always ignoring needs and the director of nurses told us she would get it straightened out, to give her two weeks! I wouldn’t leave my worst enemy in their hands and I certainly hope you don’t leave your loved one there. The niceness of the facility and friendliness to get you is very misleading.

My loved one was placed at villages last year when the home was locked down.I couldn't get answers and a head nurse Obee was rude and hateful. No one would return calls.Unfortunately they have to stay there.At least now I can see them and see how they are. There's some really nice people and some not so much.The call button doesn't get help. Some nurses will help when an aid is busy others will not.80 percent of time they are wet or poopy when I get there. I will change them myself if no one is around. Alot of week day evenings there's no one at nurse station .Bett
