War Memorial is underfunded and understaffed. Most of the staff is young and immature. They are not good at communicating and don't listen to patient concerns. They expect you to do as they say whether or not you understand why. I do not recommend. This app did not let me leave less than one star.

I had a echo stress scheduled. Needed a negative Covid first. But no Dr Order. Waited 3 hours for the order to come through, felt very stressed. Upset. HOWEVER, during that process the registrar (Ali -without her, I would have probably left), cardio receptionist (Karen), nurses and ultrasound tech (Kelly) were incredible. They were compassionate, kind and apologetic. Things happen, it's life...But to feel human compassion amidst it, meant the world to me. It gave me a whole new view of WMH. Thank you Ladies, you went above and beyond making a very stressful situation for a patient, easier. You were a sprinkle of sunshine. ?
