Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of San Antonio

I was inpatient here for almost two weeks after I tripped going down the stairs. I've been outpatient for almost 6 months since then. During that whole time, I've received nothing but absolute top-notch care. I wouldn't hesitate to return here or recommend a friend or loved one.

So sad. My aunt has been there since Friday. Today is Monday and she's already asking us to move her from there. The other night she was buzzing for help. Needed to use the restroom. No one ever came. In the morning, she was all soaked up in her own urine. If you need someone to help you, you need to buzz in advance, as she was told. Since when you know ahead of time, when you need to go? I've been there with her and I could tell, she's right. Showers are giving on Mon, Wed and Fridays. In the meantime, bed baths should be available. My aunt was soaked in urine and the staff changed sheets and her gown but never cleaned her. The next day I visited her and she said she was feeling sticky and knew she smelled bad. Food is really good but if you can't eat on your own, food is wasted. I've noticed she's always sleepy, keep wondering if she gets sleeping pills. According to the reviews we had read, this is a way to stop from bothering them. All happening on 4th floor. My aunt is begging me to find another place for her. She's paying for the services and she's a senior of 83 yrs old. We will all get old someday, and we would like to be treated with respect and dignity.
