Warren Haven

I worked for this business a couple of years back for a little over a year; from the moment I walked in the door, it was great for maybe 3 months or so. Well after that awful, from Michael who just disregarded problems to Kim who was abusive and unprofessional (mind you she was in her 40's I was in my early 20's at the time) to the nursing coordinator who was abusive and neglectful to not just her staff but to her patients. The right words for this place are unprofessional and downright terrible. I advise never to work there and I personally wouldn't put my dog there to live let alone my loved ones. Working there you can expect to get paid unfair wages while filling multiple positions, stolen time off and vacation time, poor benefits, and a hostile work environment (this is current as I have a friend who called me this morning to state that it's gotten worse). If you have children or have a life this isn't the place for you as they don't care if you're on your death bed or if its 6ft of snow outside you better get in or you'll be scolded as well as treated as a pariah (department heads are notorious for this). This business is poor in every way you look at it and patient care should be the priority but instead, gossip and superiority are. For the sake of patients, I truly hope this business can one day clear out the poor management and focus on the true task of rehabilitation and patient care.

When my mother-in-law had a stroke at 88, we knew it was time she move from her Home into Long-Term Care. After visiting the many Facilities in the area, we knew that Warren Haven was the best place for her to be: The Services that they offer are substantial and the Staff is caring and patient. Mother is and has been always difficult and the transition was not easy for her losing her independence, but the Staff was very understanding with her and today she feels right at home. We are grateful knowing that she is safe.
