My mother was only there two months and she got a huge orange size boil that had to be lanced and strong antibiotics given on base of head. How is that possible if they bathe and also she was supposed to get a lotion applied to her head for psoriasis nightly. Then when visiting, I took her shoes off and she had huge blisters and her feet stank and her toes were very swollen, after stressing that due to her 90% blockage on her legs, extra care was to be taken that no wounds or blisters on her legs and feet. OMG...it was awful. I had just paid for the month and they would not refund even though I said I would go to small claims court. I know that there is a 30 day notice but due to the poor care I expected to at least get a prorated refund.The nurse also is very forgetful. How can I trust that meds are being given appropriately. Many incidents with the nurse as well. I have reported to APS & Ombudsman. BEWARE!
