My mother has been home from the hospital after hip surgery for three weeks, and a phsycial therapist from Well Care Home Health has only come once. They were supposed to come the first week, but no one called, and they gave the excuse that they called but couldn't reach me. There was no record of the call or voicemail. Someone came the second week, and said my mother would have physical therapy twice this week. It is Friday, and no one called this week. I just called the theapist who came over a week ago and she gave me conflicting excuses as to why no one called me or checked up on my 87 year old mother. I do no recommend this service.
