Willow Park Health Care Center

I rated this facility 1 but it should be rated .001. It is by far the worst nursing home in the city of Lawton. This place stank to high heaven. The facility smell like raw sewage. I've observe residents walking around with feces and urine on there clothes. My family had to go to hospital. The person that cleaned them up said they was filthy when they got there. They was soak with urine anda feces was plastered between their legs and in their private parts. I saw a resident crawling around on the floor. When we call to check on our love one sometime no one answers the phone. One day me and the delivery person from pharmacy who was delivering medication could not get anyone to answer the door. The family has had food money and clothing stolen. I do not think they realize most of their residents require a some meal because they fed them high carb sugary fatty food. I could go on for but hopefully this is enough to keep someone from placing someone you love in this place because once they are there it takes a lot to get them moved.

Very poor hiring policies. Care nurses that call other human beings apes? Not a good place to trust your loved ones in the care of someone like Nick Jamie Richmond.Let's hope this company makes the good decision to review their staff's choices of self expression and let's the racist ones go.

Awful. Despicable. This location has hired an incredibly racist RN ("Nick Jamie Richmond") who referred to a black person as an ape and told them to go back to Africa. She needs to be fired as soon as possible, or it is clear this business condones racist practices, which is UNSAFE and likely leads to MALPRACTICE. Take your business elsewhere.
