I would not even give it one star but to do review I have to. My mom has been in this location for almost 6 years. In the last two years quality has went down. With Covid hitting my mom no longer can feed herself or sit up on her own. I had a care meeting and this was not disclosed. I showed up early for visit since out of town and found my mom being feed what looked like baby food. She was not dress and when I pulled the blanket down in diaper. I could tell the nurse was not aware I was coming and could not answer basic questions. I know Covid has hit however in a year my mother can not sit on her own, dress herself or feed herself. The RN that should know who my mother is since we just had care meeting did not know who my mother was and to be honest could care less. This is not a place to send a love one stay clear....
