The program is open to those aged 55 and over who qualify for nursing home care but can safely remain at home with community and PACE supports. Most of these services are provided at the LifeCircles Day Center in Muskegon, which also features a medical clinic, therapy gym and dining room. Wheelchair-accessible transportation is available to and from the center daily.
