Through the Inter-Lakes Community Action Partnership, income-eligible seniors can have their homes audited for energy efficiency. The Weatherization Assistance program supplies materials and pays contractors to fix windows, caulk cracks and install insulation. The Ceili Cottage Adult Day Services program offers a novel approach to dementia care in an inclusive, homelike setting. It utilizes person-centered programming that builds physical fitness and mental stimulation to enhance the quality of life and well-being of participants while giving caregivers a respite.
