Avoid this place at all costs. They were contracted to care for my Mother, post stroke and they have been a nightmare. Lack of staffing left them unable to meet her needs (regarding therapies for several weeks after her release home), resulting in her not getting proper care. And when finally resolved, and therapists started to come consistently, they DID NOT provide adequate therapy and merely focused on stretching- no actual rehabilitative physical or occupational therapy was provided at all. When I expressed concern, therapists (OT and PT) argued over who's responsibility it was to provide such care/therapy. Though my mother was making strides in rehab facility, all progress stopped when put in the hands of this agency. They appeared to meet with her and immediately decide she was a lost cause and made no effort to rehabilitate, though she had made measurable progress in previous facility, with people who worked hard with her, seeing her potential. Unprofessional and negligent describe this facility.
