Alliant Home Health

We were promised home health services to include nurse, physical therapy, occupational therapy and certified nurses assistant. Account Executive Carol Axtle promised the above services if we would hire Alliant Home Health. We never received any nursing services. A nurse showed up 2 weeks after my Mother left the rehab. facility. She asked a few questions and filled out some paperwork. She said we would be contacted by the PT, OT and CNA soon to begin her care. The PT and OT were great, but we NEVER heard from the nurse or CNA. I called three times to Alliant and spoke to the manager, Sherry and was told she would look into my concerns and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard back from her either. Run away from this company, they promise services that they WILL NOT PROVIDE!!!
