Colonial Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

t took 4 days to get my mom a call button that worked and a light that worked above her bed. I worked in nursing homes and not only would this be unacceptable, but illegal. She sat in a wheelchair covered in blood on her hands and pants starring at a wall when I visited. Just utterly disgusted!!! The bathroom is shared by 4 patients. My moms wheelchair wouldn’t fit in the bathroom completely so they dressed her (only after demanding her to be put in real clothes and not a Johnny) so she was exposed to anyone to see in the room. They could care less about any sort of dignity she has left. There are other things I won’t post that are even more horrible. The place is dirty and smells like urine. I’m am surprised the state hasn't shut it down.
