father in law was in this facility for a few days and we could not get him out of there fast enough. It takes an hour plus for call lights to be answered. He was supposed to receive PT. He was walked once. Staff is rude. Inez is extremely hateful. Witnessed a staff member talking very mean to a poor lady who was just sitting and minding her own business. I get that they are understaffed but these people deserve better care. Check on your family members often if they are there.

The only good thing about this business is they know how to put on a GOOD show when you visit the place for placing your loved one or when the State is IN the building. Wow they are very good actresses.

Nothing has changed one bit in the 3 1/2 years that I've been involved in this HELL HOLE. Administrators continue to tell us they know more because they've worked in this field 32+ years! Who cares??!! We the residents and family can tell you where improvement is needed. We are in the halls 24/7 vs. your 5-10 minutes weekly. You sit up front and have NO idea what's going on in the halls or rooms. You're both still playing with a dog everyday, ordering on line gifts and can't even carry them to your car (receptionist has to do it), one administrator can't even or won't bend over to lock her office door. She's still parking in FRONT VISITORS parking space everyday while I have to walk further to visit my loved one. Resident's sheets are not being changed. One person I know is counting days and reached 130 DAYS!!! Oh is that what you call quality care??? Give me a break! I could write a book about what's wrong and what needs to be done. Inhumane care and NO one cares. Turn it into a pet care facility and it'll probably be much better as animals are treated better there than humans.

It all comes down to the wrong people are being micro managed. The administrators definitely need to be micro managed and then you WILL see improvement. Where are their bosses?? Costs will go down too because of a lot less turnover!

This place needs a total management update. Workers expected to work hard but administrators "work" to different rules. The poorest example of management one could ever imagine but of course their boss whoever it is, is never there. One can tell a difference instantly though when you walk in the front door if the STATE is there because two administrators are helping in the dining room, etc. So phony!!! Goes to show youthey need to be supervised. They have NO clue what is going on in the resident halls because they rarely go down there. );. Their offices are cleaned to higher standards than the rest of the building. How can they get by with so much freedom (i.e. playing with dog, ordering on-line, bragging about their BIG vacations, etc.)??? Us real workers can't afford to even live!!! How come we have to park in back yet administrator parks in front "visitor" spot everyday??!! Don't leave a loved one here; medicine mistakes and bad treatment everyday!!! Just ask anyone that isn't management and you'll be told the truth.

The worst place you could ever imagine leaving a loved one at. Please spread the word that the management needs to be replaced. Two top gals need to move on or be fired! Many medical mistakes, filthiness, short of help all the time in the halls, etc. You can wait for 60 minutes on average for someone to answer your call button. Some patients are on floor and no one comes. World War II Veteran was always calling for help; answer was "he's always yelling for help"!!! Two top gals sit in their glass cages and do lots of nothing. One plays with her dog more than she deals with administrative work. They both say they have 30+ years of experience when you complain; they know it all!!!!

Most of the staff, social worker, and especially the physical and occupational therapist were very caring, professional and love their jobs. However, the nurses and doctors were demeaning and tried their best to keep me from getting my mother discharged. They misdiagnosed her with a need to use oxygen, and kept her on pain medications when not needed. The facilities are clean and welcoming to new patients, which too often changes after a period of time there.

Horrible management: time for the two administrators to move on as they've been there way too long and they feel too comfortable in their position so they think they know everything. They treat their employees horrible and they treat their residents bad because they don't have enough employees and the management never walks down the Halls to see what's really going on. Please don't send anyone there that you love

Poor management!!! Management is never understaffed but the ones providing care for the patients NEVER have enough help. The halls are empty of staff often. The asst administrator brings her dog to work everyday and it gets better care than any of the residents.
