Fountain View

My grandmother and I are incredibly close, and I have visited (and stayed with) her at Fountainview dozens of times over the years. I have nothing but glowing things to say about the environment, the staff, the food, and the comfort I have felt knowing that Fountainview is now my grandma's home. Over the years, I've actually gotten to know many of the residents here personally, and so have seen a variety of different apartments in both independent and assisted living. The individual apartments are all spacious, bright, and clean, and the common interiors are spotless and tastefully decorated. The reading room with fireplace is a delight, as is the recreation area with its soft serve machine (a favorite of my grandma's!) and pool table. The real secret of Fountainview's excellence, however, lies in the staff. Everyone is kind and genuine, caring and concerned with each resident's wellbeing. I LOVE joining the residents for dinner around the communal table—the food is consistently delicious and the dinner service a well-oiled machine. If you need something, someone will help you find it. If you have a question, someone will be there to answer it. I cannot recommend Fountainview enough.

They don’t care about the staff!! They only have one size gloves that not everybody’s hands are the same and they messed up on checks more than once

Fountain View has cared for my mother well over the past 5 years. She started in independent living and recently moved to the assisted living area of the community. She loves that she is still in the same building as all her friends and can join them for happy hour and other activities. We loved having the nurse liaison in independent living, and have gotten to know the Director of Nursing now in assisted living. Both have offered so much support to our family over the years. The turnover at Fountain View is also much lower than other communities, and we value the relationships we've formed with the staff.
