I recently was a patient at your facility. It was not what I expected. I was informed they had a good wound treatment. this was really a joke. Things were not good from the very start, there was no intial meeting. Response time to speak with staff or management was hit or miss. The responce time to answer the call button, this depended on what aide or shift it was. I gave your facility 2 stars because the food was eatable, the people in the kitchen were decent. My main problem was sort a after the fact one. I and my son and his family were getting phone calls wanting to speak with me. A staff member called me at 10:11 AM. For the next 7 hours I tried to reach her to find what the major problem was, there was none. She was not happy with my many messages, and not to call again. This is one thing they will not have to worry about. I will be telling my many friends ( Seniors) what to expect from your facility. I promise it will NOT BE GOOD. I agree with Penny's review.
