I am giving a one star because of the inability to reach a staff person to assist me.I have been trying to reach the nursing staff regarding one of my friends, a rehab resident. I believe this resident's phone is "off the hook" because I have called frequently for several days and reach a busy signal each time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND HillSPRINGS. My mother has been in this facility a year in January & the experience has been nothing but complete stress & worrying. The Administrator / Zane & Regional Matt , can be your worst nightmare. Neither one of them show any compassion or careing, its completly about the money . My mothers phone / landline , that i pay for , has so much static at times , we have to hang up. Reminding this is our only way of communication , because of covid & rarely do they answer their facility phone ,and the memory unit phone is never charged or answered.I had a meeting with Zane & regional Matt , and they both said quote, ( They will never fix my moms phone line , NEVER.) My mother was taken to the hospital recently , and i am POA & NO ONE INFORMED ME THEY TOOK HER THERE. SHE HAS A HEMOTOMIN TO HER FOREHEAD & FACE IS BLACK AND BLUE & NOONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED. ZANE & THE REGIONAL MATT , REFUSED TO GIVE ME A INCIDENT REPORT IN OUR MEETING. I HAD TO CALL THE OMBUDSMON TO GET THEM TO GIVE ME A COPY, AND THEN ZANE MADE ME WAIT AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME TO FIND OUT ABOUT MOMS INCIDENT, STILL NO EXPLANATION . A WEEK AFTER THIS INCIDENT , MOMS OTHER SIDE OF HER FACE, BY HER JAW LINE IS BLACK AND BLUE. THEY TRIED TO SAY , IT COULD POSSIBLY BE A ABSESS TOOTH, THERE ARE NO TEETH IN THE BACK. HMM. SO I TOOK HER TO THE DENIST, HE SAID THERE IS NO WAY THIS CAUSED ALL THE BRUISING AND SWELLING , AND NO ABSESS TOOTH, AND REMEMBER , SHE DOES NOT HAVE BACK TEETH ON THE SIDE. WHILE AT THE DENIST , MOM WENT TO THE RESTROOM , I NOTICED HER KNEES WERE BLACK AND BLUE , SO ARE HER SHOULDERS & HANDS , AND A SORE. A FEW BRUISES ON HER BACK.ALSO. AND ARMS. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THESE BRUISES BY ANYONE, JUST THE JAW. I TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL. NOONE KNOWS A THING , HOW THIS ALL HAPPENED AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE AMINISTRATOR ZANE. IM WORKING ON THIS & ITS A TERRIBLY SAD SITUATION AND OF COARSE NO CORRUPORATIION , FROM MANAGEMENT AND FRANKLY , I BELIEVE THEY DONT CARE. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE , BUT TRUST ME ,THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE. MY POOR MOM.

I would never recommend Hillsprings terrible, the biggest reason is there Administrator Zane & Corporate office , are the most uncompassionate , unprofessionsl staff , ive ever seen. They never return your calls or folliw through with any promises. They are always understaffed & rarely answer there phone. Today / Thanksgiving , they out did their selfs to ruin many residents & familys day. If things were not already bad enough , with Covid restrictions & not being able to see our loved ones, they never answered there phone all day, over 7 hours , so we could speak to our loved ones. I don't know if they had a Turkey dinner for them, they do not keep us updated , except for covid updates & they always seen to have cases there. We have had no inside visits in a year almost & they do nothing to help commuicate. There are a few that try, but the administrator Zane , threatens to write them up if they comunicate with family , and tell the truth..My mothers landline phone , that i pay for has a bad connection since March, and the outlet needs fixed and the administrator & corporate refuse to fix the line , which causes alot of static and hard to hear my mom, and we have to hang up. Ive never met a doctor here , nor do we know their names. Believe the reviews on here , or you will be living the same nightmare. Horrible MANAGMENT . They just dont care. PerĂ­od.
