If I could give 0 I would. My mom was there after a hospitalization. They did not clean her or change her clothes for days. They would put her call button and phone out of her reach. Documented her medical records incorrectly leading to not being covered by insurance.

my mother is here. Visiting is worst than jail. Staff don't seem to care, though they 'act' friendly enough. My mother has developed failure to thrive and cries a lot, according to other residents. When mom cries during visits and I try to comfort her with hugs and emotional support the staff scolds me and warns me to stay six feet away and do not touch. Mom complains about having to visit in dinning area. Staff refuses to allow us outside visits, even on sunny days. Calls to the administrator and director of nursing have gone unanswered. I leave messages but no one calls me back.

Very short version... told 1 thing at interview of all they will do for dad. Once signed and moved in, WOW! He needs thickened liquids that we provided and help didn't remember or couldn't find it. Dad needed help with brief and clean up, told staff, NEVER returned to help, TWICE! They combined different meds into 1 bottle. Dad needed redirecting to stay engaged with other residents, no one knew what I was talking about. When supervisors approached about things, "we'll need to address it at meeting". Dad had fallen out of bed and was there for about 4 hours before helped. Was in hospital twice in the approx 5 months there. Thank goodness we moved him out! I would recommend DO NOT put a loved one here, but if you do, stay very involved!

This facility although continues to hang onto a decent reputation is falling in the ranks. And should! Their staff turnover rate is high and the patient care and genuine concern is terrible. Rude STNAs who talk back and give attitude should not be working in there. The nurses or LPN who are in charge at shift should get off their ass and actually check on their patients. Slow and negligent response time to call lights. Dishonest staff. Theft from resident's rooms. Don't go here!!

Very irresponsible and neglectful. No safety measures for fall risks, ignored calls for assistance, left walker on opposite side of the bed and inconvenient for patient use, were planning to send him home even though he was not strong enough to care for himself, and severely downplayed his condition after an unwitnessed fall
