Larksfield Place Health Care and Rehabilitation

Mother in law is here for rehab after pneumonia and being in another facility where they changed all her meds and had her so full of fluids she could hardly breathe. The hospital got her back on track and she has been doing great here. There is a weekly review meeting where the staff comes to the patients room and family is welcome to interract! If you want results, go to these meetings and voice your opinions. We gave ours, they listened and she is gaining independence.

Love the healthcare center at Larksfield Place - lovely facility and the food is great. Rehab staff are top notch.

Larksfield Place Rehabilitation is not a trustworthy place. My mom went there after a fractured hip surgery. Larksfield was anxious to get her and said they dealt with dementia patients regularly. Medicare paid for her stay, but they wanted us to stay with her at night because she was restless. They hired someone to sit with her at night without any approval then billed us for same. They did not rehab her. She could barely walk when released. Spent most of her days there sitting in a wheelchair rather than in therapy. An aide left her unattended in a hallway, she tried to stand and fell again. Larksfield Rehab is a place to avoid like the plague. Do a lot of research before you leave your loved one here. There are other better places in the area that will actually take care of and rehab your parent.
