Beware DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. It is very sad and disheartening that this facility is open. Most of the nursing staff is unprofessional, rude, careless and lacks basic critical thinking skills. It hurts me to write this review and have negative comments since I am a nurse myself. Please take note that the following situations that I will describe were just in a period of three days when I came to visit from out of town. I’m scared to imagine what happens there each and everyday. I am scared for the patients safety and well-being. My family member was in the facility and left in a wheelchair for hours on end. Was completely lethargic one day when I arrived and not one nurse thought to check her vitals. Medication was left on her side tray table for hours. Morning medications were given at noon. She spilled water on herself in front of a nurse and myself and no one came to change her. Luckily I was there and changed her. Patients call police since their bells are not being answered and I heard the nurse say to the police “they are pissed off because they can’t get ahold of their family”. Such a lack of compassion and professionalism. Paramedics were called to the facility and I witnessed the office staff downstairs trying to circumvent and stop the paramedics from going upstairs. The staff said it was their mistake trying to dismiss that a patient called. Luckily the paramedics said they had to “go put eyes on the resident” My family member was told she causes too much trouble when she asked a question about medication. That is abusive as it instills fear in patients. She was given foods she had allergies to, given high sodium foods with high blood pressure and a recent stroke. The communication from the Director of Nursing down to floor nursing staff is HORRIBLE. They do not care about the family members or the patients/ residents. Even when you try to address concerns with upper management it is apparent they don’t care. And dismiss your concerns. This facility needs a surprise visit from the board and Medicare should investigate the lack of care the patients receive. Where are the owners? May I suggest that they come observe how the facility is being run and not just sit back snd collect payments. Please do not send your family member here.

My mom, 102, is a new rehab patient. Josh, the administrator, has been extremely helpful working to correct any issues that have arisen. He's been available, friendly, co-operative and pro-active in making the move work more efficiently, more effectively and more friendly.

Overall very happy with the care my relative received here. He was admitted for just over a month due to fall. The rehab staff assisted him to gain his strength back.

I Wouldnt give them a star! From day one I new this was not the place for my mother. They are nasty and lazy!!! They are incompetent. I had to call them like 3 or 4 times a day to make sure they were doing their job! One nurse that was great! But this place needs a handful of a nurse like her. My mom fell. Left her unattended. She could speak , walk or write due to a stroke... this place is death road for any living thing...
