The grounds are well maintained except the hill behind my house near the employee parking. There is trash including used masks, dead trees and tree branches, dandelions which have now spread to my yard. The ugly black tube that was supposed to keep water from running down the hill, which it has not. This has caused erosion in my yard and every time it rains I have a swamp. They have refused to repair the damage and continue to ignore and not respond.
