Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing

My dad has Dementia, had a heart attack which brought into a state of delirium. We met with the administrator his name was Dan. He and the staff could not be nicer and more caring. My dad spent a good month in this facility, my mom was there almost everyday . I came on weekends. I cannot say enough about the PT, OT, Doctors and Nursing Staff. My father very much enjoyed going to the Bakery Cafe everyday! They all knew him by name. The food looked good he was fine with it as well. Thank you Oasis for putting our minds at ease while he was in your care. I

This rehab is severely understaffed and neglects to follow patient care plans. If we weren't constantly there my father was neglected. We were there every day and he was still sent to a hospital three times with horrific infections. Be very cautious. While the staff is friendly and very nice as soon as you end your visit the care stops.
