Parklane Care and Rehabilitation Center

My brother was a patient at Parklane for 9 months and 12 days. He was disabled with Cerebral Palsy and in long term care due to stage 4 bladder cancer. His care when he arrived was really good until he was transferred to the 500 hall. The care and the staff on that hall lacked compassion and competence to adequately care for him. There are too many good employees to name but nurses Jeff, Toni, Becky were excellent. CNAs Gloria, Beth, and Lauren could not have been better. But the night my brother passed away I was on the phone with him because he couldn’t not find his light and he was very nauseated. The person who came into his room, I will never know who that was, but they know who they are and I hope one day that you do not have a loved one in my brothers position treated as poorly as you treated him.
