Plan to be there yourself at least twice daily to feed your loved one because they don't. Expect loss of glasses and hearing aids, not their problem. Continual top to bottom staff turn over, mostly agency staff cycling through who don't know what they are doing. Ridiculous basic neglect, even basic hand washing skipped. Moving our mom as soon as possible, hoping she survives that tedious process for permission to move. Don't subject anyone you care about to this poor facility. They don't even have a weekend dishwasher (expect fried food strips or a dry reheated pork chop and plastic silverware difficult for elderly to use to cut into bite sizes to eat). We can't say enough about how bad this place is for healthcare residents. Run, don't walk, away from this place!
