My mom is there now and I can’t tell you enough how great the care is. I tell everyone from my church to the school staff I work with. If you need a place that truly cares go to Careone. I admitted my mom for rehab and soon realized she could not come home. Her memory isn’t there and she’s not safe to be alone. The team there quickly helped me get the mass health started so we could get her covered for nursing home. The activities girls are great but the nurse manager is a little rough.

I did a lot of research before placing my family member and I can attest to the caring individuals that work here. From the front desk staff to the office ladies to the nurses and the nurses aides.. you all make me feel at ease! Every question I have no matter how trivial is answered with respect. My family member is well taken care of and they even bought them a gift for a big event they did! They make their patients family and for that I can’t say enough positive. They have a newer team most have been there for 1-2 years and they have changed the place for the better. Food is good and the activities are good. Visiting is tough but that’s Covid. Thanks for being who you are

horrible place to be. i was there for 12 days for rehab after surgery. i was medically neglected, denied meds, denied aide, denied basic needs, no shower for 11 days. filthy room with visible mold on walls, dried up food on surfaces. denied assistance to the bathroom. aides would come in and repeatedly shut off call buttons without helping me. left there with a uti and a bedpan abrasion under my broken leg that i could not lift. male aides with no scrubs on, but, they wore a hoodie and a mask overnites. very scary on overnites. no care for surgical incisions. i have nightmares now at how i was treated there. no person should be treated this was in a rehab facility.

I have nothing good to say, I worked there as a CNA. I was treated horribly by staff. I my 100% in caring for people, as I felt like the only one. They don't shower residents, give proper care, change sheets often enough, answer call lights, from every level of management. Sleep on the job, no privacy for residents.

My father was a resident for over 5 years until the day he died, from Alzheimer’s.I wish I could say good things about his care but after I saw him I was convinced that it was lacking. He was unshaven, hairs coming out of his nose, and his ears. His hair was extremely greasy and smelled, the clothes he was wearing were not clean and not his. I witnessed one CNA yelling at another resident while standing and feeding another resident. When I called to see how my dad was doing they didn’t understand the questions that I was asking because English was not their first language. The counter top in the day room was broken on the edge leaving it dangerous for a potential injury. I tried to speak to the administrator but she would never return my phone call. Do your research before placing your parents or any other loved one.
