They will change your loved ones meds. They are known to give wrong meds to patients. They will get your loved one up leave them up all day not offer them to go to bathroom and put them back to bed with their daily clothes on. They take little or no time to feed the ones that need help. They will insist Not to send your loved one your loved one back to the hospital and argue with you that there is nothing wrong. These employees are few and far to find if you need assistance with your loved one. There will be unexplained bruises and if your loved one has their done they will take them to the shower and just demolish what you just paid for by wetting their hair. This place may look nice but believe me this is one of the worse facilities for care!!!!!! Then the medical records are not fully charted. This place needs a full investigation. Please beware of Pruitt.

This facility does not care about the elderly . They cannot follow hospital instructions they cut meds on their own increase pain meds to sedate the elderly. Neglect there pts Does NOT Offer to assit pts to bathroom they rather they sit up in a chair til nightfall and wet there briefs. They are short on staff and no one is there to assist you when you do their work. If you have an emergency with your loved one good luck no one comes .Why they even have a call light is beyond me. They also have given wrong meds to people . They insit not not to send the pt back to the hospital will tell you nothing is wrong. I honestly feel they are attempting to eliminate the elderly. If the pt needs to be fef BEWARE they leave food in their mouth and most of the time they just pick up a tray weather or not the patient has been fed or not. BEWARE and you have now been forewarned if you love your family member looks of a facility is not always the best way to go. It is not for a facility to choose what to do with your loved one it is that of the family member. I highly advise you run from this place. This facility does not deserve even one star. This facility and staff are unprofessional and the care is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
