Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation

I would recommend Seasons is a great place to work. It is a 50 bed facility being small has so many more benefits. Your co-workers and residents become more like family. This team tries their best to go above and beyond for the residents and staff. The population here is more middle aged and a lot have history of psych and traumatic brain injuries. It has been amazing to see how far some of residents have come with the staff here at Seasons. Not to many facilities in this area will put in the time and dedication that these individuals need to live each day at their highest functioning level. I love being apart of something so great. Just like any where there are some challenging days but the good days far out weigh them. To go home knowing you made these residents days by just being kind and treating them with respect means so much then just a paycheck. I am happy to be apart of this team.
