Showers are skipped for an unknown reasonHis clothing is soiled and all they said is that they could schedule one for the morning ???Requested that they change his bedding

I requested clean linen and change of clothes and Nia actually came in to check on him during her lunch break. She is the most pleasant person in this facility Her and our father get along great!!!I have to give Nia a five star for excellent service
