Very sad by the treatment in this facility. My friend is there and has been upset by the bathroom blinds that are ripped and torn. She has to hang a towel up to shower. Complaints were given to the operators a month ago. New blinds were sent but have never been hung. Residents are being fed very early and made to go to their beds at 6pm. The live in care taker is very rude and has even taken the phone away from my friend and hung up on our conversations. Then allows the phone to ring to the fax machine, or voice message call after call. Care taker has even picked up the fax machine phone while we are having a conversation.
