The Villas at Sunny Acres

My grandmother was put into the villas care in sept as a private pay patient on November 17 th they moved her to memory care without notifying her poa it took me 3 days to locate her and when i did she was in shared rooms instead of a private room like we paid for. I had them move her back to a private room which took them another day to do and 4 days later the nurse called me to say she was covid positive- due to vasas negligence in putting private pay patients in with others she died on Dec 1st due to covid.. I asked for a compassionate care visit was ignored and 2 days before she passed the nurses and social workers asked us to stop calling her.. So she died alone..do not trust this facility as they do not follow their procedures..
