My mother died at this facility Aug 4, 2021 when I called to fine out when I should clean out her room, they informed me that there was a 30 day notice required to move out.They withdrew $6,600. from her back account in August, then sent a bill for Sept 1 and 2 for $361.29 !!!This is Totally unethical business practice. BEAWARE

My FIL stayed here in January 2018. We found him in his bed, feces on his sheets, on his toilet seat, in the bathroom floor. Wet diaper, in just a thin t-shirt, wrapped in a blanket because he was cold. NONE of the clothes I'd sent were used, only his pajamas. No bath/shower in 9 days. No help changing clothes. All meals served in room after we expressly said not to do that. Most were untouched. He fell and they did not call family or doctor. Do not leave your loved one here. It is a beautiful facility but the care is ugly.
