We had placed our mother in another facility, but she just seemed so down each time we would visit. A friend recommended Tranquility and we moved her over about 6 months ago, and are glad we did. Mom seems much more active and engaged there. The staff really seems to work hard to keep residents entertained with various activities.

Our Mother was with Tranquility of Cartersville from for several years. We had many great times there. Tranquility is the name and it applies.Owner Chris Shiflett, Executive Director Lisa Greeson, And Staff have been more than able to meets our very needs with Moma and family.The memories of many old and new friends will always linger on.Many activities were available for all who wanted to stay in or go out on rides, shopping, and of course eating out.The facility stays clean and the dining area and the units are very pleasant to the clients and guests.Thank you,Gary Palmer and Family of Marie Palmer

Services have really gone down hill. Needs new management desperately. The ladies in charge are so rude and ugly to the employees! Management is why they can’t keep any employees! And there have been some excellent employees lost..... employees that residents families would much rather have than Lisa and April...... sad that this place has been run into the ground.
