If I could give this facility a zero star, I would. In my opinion, 1 star isn't deserved. I personally will never allow another one of my loved ones to go to this facility again. My grandmother got very sick while living in this facility, under their care. The RN that was on-duty, and in charge on the evening of April 6th, 2019, didn't think the hospital was necessary for my grandmother. No one at the facility even noticed how sick she was. It was my family who found her in her room that evening, very sick, and barely responsive. She had a fever and high heart rate. It was our family who insisted that my grandmother go to the hospital, at which point emergency services were called and took her to the hospital. Once she got to the hospital she was found to be septic, with a lot of other things wrong with her as well. She never got better -- she unfortunately passed away. Prior to this, we did have several other concerns with this facility, which we did bring to their attention on multiple occasions. We actually had my grandmother scheduled to move to a new facility on April 8th.
