The Hearth at Sycamore Village

This company do not get any ? stars from me. I use to work here. This place is dirty. It’s a nursing home they are understaff. They only have on call people. It’s not guaranteed your love one with get care in a timely manner. The call lights can’t be answered in time. They don’t have the staff. Residents being left on the toilet for more then 45 mins. The office staff is very mean and disrespectful. Marisa in the business office is very disrespectful. She don’t know how to talk to staff but want shifts covered she’s a selfish b****. Kate is a lier she tell u. U going to get paid one thing then u get your check and u get paid something else. This company is a lier. They lie also to the families. Not fair for people to spend all that money and just to be neglected ???? wow. Horrible place ever to work
